If you would like to make regular payments to the Charity, a Standing Order makes it easy. Just download the Standing Order Form, fill it in and send it to your bank. The donation by standing order can be made either monthly or yearly, and be for any amount.

Gift Aid is a way of Charities claiming a tax refund on donations made by tax-payers. It is an important source of income for the Hospital Charity at no extra cost to the donor. Click to download in pdf format a Gift Aid form to complete and send to the charity with your donation.

There are two versions of the sponsorship form:

The pdf version if you wish to write in your name and the event by hand

The Word version if you wish to customise the form in Word

From 1st April 2019, the Bedford Hospitals Charity and The Friends of Bedford Hospital have merged to form Bedford Hospital Charity & Friends. Together, as a single charity, we support Bedford Hospital by raising funds to purchase both large and small items for the Hospital.

We invite you to be part of this exciting venture by becoming a Member. Subscription is £10 per annum and we very much hope that you will be prepared to pay by Standing Order.

If you wish to make an application for funding by the charity, please download and complete one of the Request for Funding forms, and send it with any supporting documentation to the charity at the address below. The questions on the form are the questions we would ask any applicant, and by answering them all, you will help us make our decision more quickly.
