Helen Nellis, Lord Lieutenant will be present and will be thanking Russell and James Beard for their generous sponsorship of the Festival in memory of their mother Jayne who was the Chairman of the Bedford Hospitals Charity and who worked tirelessly to raise funds for our local hospital.
